ACCUCAPPER BTThe ACCUCAPPER BT, Semi-Auto Bench Top Chuck Capper is designed for the cost conscious consumer, or when specific torque accuracies are needed. The operator of the ACCUCAPPER BT manually places the caps on the bottles while under the Semi-Auto Bench Top Chuck Capper so they can be automatically tightened. The Semi-Auto Bench Chuck Capper uses the same chucks and inserts as our other cappers to accurately tighten caps. A clutch determines how much torque is applied to each cap. Our Semi-Auto Bench Top Chuck Capper’s are designed to handle most bottle types including P.E.T, P.V.C, plastic, and glass. To eliminate damage to caps and reduce insert wear, the ACCUCAPPER BT comes with adjustable torque values. The ACCUCAPPER BT comes complete with: an universal stand to mount onto your work surface, one chuck, and one insert (up to a size 50).
