ACCUCAPPER HD

The Accucapper HD is a portable, hand held cap tightener capable of tightening or removing screw and lug type closures. Accucapper HD has an adjustable clutch to ensure proper torque and eliminate cap and decrease insert wear. Once the closure reaches the set torque value, the chuck will stop rotating signaling the operator to move on to the next container.

The Accucapper HD ships standard with a stand, overhead slide rail, and self balancer which allows the Accucapper HD to be suspended neatly and weightlessly overhead, out of the way during case changes and reducing operator fatigue. Accucapper HD also ship with one Chuck and Insert (up to a Size #50).

Accucapper HD (Heavy Duty) is for all production environments with closures up to 110mm.
