ACCUVAC 2

The Accuvac2 Filling Machine is ideal for filling nail pol­ish, light oils, and other small amounts of liquids. The fully pneu­matic operation allows the Accuvac2 to be used with flammable liquids. It can fill as little as a 2 milliliter container up to a 6 oz. container.

The Accuvac2 is a 2 head, autoclaveable stainless steel, tabletop vacuum filler with diving fill heads. The Accuvac is com­pletely self contained, portable, and requires no electricity. These features make it ideal for filling everything from nail enamels to perfumes. Fill levels are adjustable and consistent regardless of the product. The Accuvac2 is easy to operate and bottle changes are as easy as sliding new bottles under the fill heads and pushing the foot pedal. In addition to being a dedicated filler for your product line, the Accuvac2 can also serve as an inexpensive backup unit, elimi­nating down time and costly set-up for small runs. Stainless Steel (Tubing drawing from the source is made of Vinyl, standard Gaskets and O-Rings are made of floroelastomers, the Standard Piston is made of Ertylite, all other contact parts are made of 304 or 316 Stainless Steel.)


* Fill speed is dependent on several things: Operator, container dimensions, and product characteristics.
**Longer nozzles will have to be added for manually bottom up filling.
