ACCUVAC 4

The Accuvac4 Filling Machine is ideal for filling nail pol­ish, light oils, and other small amounts of liquids. The fully pneu­matic operation allows the Accuvac4 to be used with flammable liquids. It can fill as little as a 2 milliliter container up to a 6 oz. container.

The Accuvac4 is a 4 head, autoclaveable stainless steel, tabletop vacuum filler with diving fill heads. The Accuvac is com­pletely self contained, portable, and requires no electricity. These features make it ideal for filling everything from nail enamels to perfumes. Fill levels are adjustable and consistent regardless of the product. The Accuvac4 is easy to operate and bottle changes are as easy as sliding new bottles under the fill heads and pushing the foot pedal. In addition to being a dedicated filler for your product line, the Accuvac4 can also serve as an inexpensive backup unit, elimi­nating down time and costly set-up for small runs. The Accuvac4 models are our most affordable fillers.

* Fill speed is dependent on several things: Operator, container dimensions, and product characteristics.
