AVF6-32

The AVF6-32 is an automatic six head piston filling machine designed to dispense a wide variety of liquid and semi-liquid products with or without particulates, for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and specialty industries. The range of products the AVF Series can fill is almost unlimited, ranging from water thin liquids to thick creams and pastes, and can be custom tailored to meet your product requirements. The AVF Series machine's heavy-duty stainless steel construction and food grade materials allow for quick and easy clean up. Options include: Diving nozzles for bottom up filling of foaming and cavitating products; product suck-back nozzle kits for products that tend to string and drip; Tri-Clover “Chunky” cut-off valved for particulate products such as salsa, salad dressings, and soup.

The AVF6-32 Series Fillers come complete with: two no drip fill heads, a 10 foot variable speed drive conveyor, adjustable heavy duty stainless steel frame, and easy to operate A.B.I. kit with a Color Touch Screen display and the following features: real time adjustability, no bottle no fill, multi-stroke, 99 setup memories, and a total bottle counter.

Stainless Steel (Tubing drawing from the source is made of Vinyl, standard Gaskets and O-Rings are made of floroelastomers, the Standard Piston is made of Ertylite, all other contact parts are made of 304 or 316 Stainless Steel.


* Fill speed is dependent on several things: Operator, container dimensions, and product characteristics.
**Longer nozzles will have to be added for manually bottom up filling.
