Filling Machines
Accutek manufactures a wide variety of filling equipment
to fill most product types into a wide assortment of
container types. Our filling machines utilize the latest
technologies to achieve the highest speeds and most
accurately filled bottles on the market. Our fillers can accommodate regular free flowing liquid
products (water, juices, and alcohol), products that
are very viscous or thick (Peanut butter, toothpaste,
and facial mud) products that tend to foam (shampoo,
liquid soap, and windshield washer), products that string
or drip (honey, syrup, and paint), products that have
particulates or chunks (peanut butter, salad dressing,
and salsa), and dry products (coffee grounds, salt,
sugar, and popcorn seeds). We manufacture six different
styles of filling systems: Auger Fillers, Overflow Fillers,
Piston Fillers, Positive Displacement Fillers, Timed
Flow Volumetric Fillers, and Vacuum Fillers. Our filling
machinery is available in a variety of sizes and speeds include single head bench top
fillers for low speed filling, automatic inline fillers for growing companies, all the way up to a high
speed 60 head rotary filling systems for high production facilities. |

Accutek's auger filling machines are best suited
for filling dry products, powders, and granules.
These fillers are most ideal for filling dry products
at higher speeds. Some example products our auger
filling machinery can fill are: coffee grounds,
salt, pepper, sugar, and popcorn seeds They are
designed to handle all types of containers. All
of our auger filling machines are based on heavy-duty
stainless steel frames with all contact parts made
of food grade materials.

Accutek's overflow filling machines are best suited
for filling liquids with low to medium viscosity.
These fillers are most ideal for filling foamy products
at higher speeds. Some example products our overflow
filling machinery can fill are: sauces, syrups,
light gels and shampoos, foamy cleansers and chemicals,
water, fruit juice, wine, tea, and other non carbonated
aqueous beverages. They are designed to handle all
types of rigid plastic, metal, and glass containers.
All of our overflow filling machines are based on
heavy-duty stainless steel frames with all contact
parts made of food grade materials.

Accutek's piston filling machines are best suited
for filling very viscous products and products with
large particulates. Our piston fillers can be used
to fill thin products as well. These fillers are
ideal for filling pastes, creams, lotions, gels,
and products that have large particulates or chunks.
Some example products our piston filling machinery
can fill are: heavy sauces, salsas, salad dressings,
pasta sauses, peanut butter with or without particulates, nuts, jellies and
jams, tooth paste, honey, wax, cosmetic creams,
heavy shampoo, hair gels and conditioners, and paste
cleaners. Cleaning is a simple process, no tools
are required. All of our piston filling machines
are based on heavy-duty stainless steel frames with
all contact parts made of food grade materials.

Accutek's positive displacement filling machines
are best suited for filling viscous products, but
they can be used to fill thin products as well.
These fillers can handle a wide range of container
sizes, fill volumes, and product types; but they
are most ideal for filling pastes, creams, lotions
and gels, in large volumes and at greater speeds
than otherwise achieved with a piston filler. Some
example products our positive displacement filling
machinery can fill are: heavy sauces, tooth paste,
honey, wax, cosmetic creams, heavy shampoo, hair
gels and conditioners, and paste cleaners.
The Positive Displacement Filler has CLEAN IN PLACE (CIP) ability for quick change over and sanitation requirements.

Accutek's timed flow volumetric filling machines
are best suited for filling liquids with low to
medium viscosity; with the exception of our rotary
fillers which can fill heavy viscosity products.
Our timed flow volumetric fillers are highly accurate,
very sanitary, and adaptable for molten products,
and they can be used to fill light foamy products
as well. These fillers are most ideal for filling
light liquid products at higher speeds. Some example
products our timed flow volumetric filling machinery
can fill are: water, fruit juice, wine, tea, and
other non carbonated aqueous beverages, food coloring,
sauces, syrups, light shampoos, urine, blood, cough
syrup, douches, enemas, perfume, essential oils,
aroma therapy, cleansers and specialty chemicals,
solvents, alcohol, thin paints and paint thinners,
and inks. Cleaning is a simple process, no tools
are required. All of our timed flow volumetric filling
machines are based on heavy-duty stainless steel
