LABELING MACHINES

Accutek manufactures a wide variety of labeling equipment to automatically place and secure most label types onto a wide assortment of container types. Our labeling machines utilize the latest technologies to achieve the highest speeds and most accurately labeled bottles on the market. We manufacture three different styles of labeling systems: Pressure Sensitive Labelers, Hot Melt Glue Labelers and Sleeve Labelers. Our labeling machinery is available from a single head bench top labeler for low speed labeling all the way up to a high speed sleeve labeling system.

HOT MELT GLUE LABELERS

Accutek's Hot Glue labeling Machines are used for round containers from 1.5 oz. to one gallon capacity, up to 900 products per hour. These machine separate one label from the stack, laminates adhesive to the label, and applies it accurately to your product.

These labeling Machines are ideal for Start Up Operations and are excellent as a Back-Up machines for your existing labeling operations.

PRESSURE SENSITIVE LABELERS

The semi-automatic pressure-sensitive labelers label at a rate of up to 40 labels per minute (LPM) with extreme accuracy. The automatic pressure-sensitive labeling machines label at a rate of up to 150 labels per minute (LPM) with extreme accuracy.

SHRINK SLEEVE LABELERS

Labelette's SL Series Full Body Sleeve Labelers are designed for speed, accuracy and efficiency at and economic price. Our Compact designs accommodate limited production line space. The SL series sleeving machines are capable of Speeds up to 450 per minute full body and 600 per minute tamper evident banding.
