Capping Machines

Accutek manufactures a wide variety of capping equipment to secure most cap types onto a wide assortment of bottle types. Our capping machines utilize the latest technologies to achieve the highest speeds and most accurately capped bottles on the market. We manufacture three different styles of capping systems: Chuck Cappers, Spindle Cappers and Snap Cappers. Our capping machinery is available from a single head hand held chuck capper for low speed capping all the way up to a high speed 30 head rotary chuck capping system.

Chuck Cappers

Accutek's Chuck Cappers use the latest technology to automatically place and accurately torque most cap types onto most bottle types. The Chuck Cappers can place and torque flat caps, oval caps, flip top caps, pull spouts, safety caps, child proof caps, sport caps, and caps with over-caps or induction seals. The Chuck Cappers can handle almost any bottle type or shape including PET, PP, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, and Glass.

Spindle Cappers

Accutek's Spindle Cappers use the latest technology to automatically place and accurately torque most cap types onto most bottle types. The Spindle Cappers can place and torque flat caps, oval caps, flip top caps, pull spouts, safety caps, child proof caps, sport caps, and caps with over-caps or induction seals. The Spindle Cappers can handle almost any bottle type or shape including PET, PP, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, and Glass.

Snap Cappers

Accutek's Snap Capper uses the latest technology to automatically place and accurately snap down most snap down cap types onto most bottle types. The Snap Capper can place and snap down flat caps, oval caps, safety caps, child proof caps, or with over-caps or induction seals. The Snap Capper can handle almost any bottle type or shape including PET, PP, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, and Glass.

ROPP Cappers

Accutek offers Roll Over Pilfer Proof (ROPP) cappers designed to thread and seal aluminum caps onto rigid containers. The ROPP capping heads can be adjusted for an assortment of container shapes, diameters, and heights. Designer beverages or champagne bottles are good examples of containers with ROPP closures.
