Accutek's piston filling machines are best suited for filling very viscous products and products with large particulates. Our piston fillers can be used to fill thin products as well. These fillers are ideal for filling pastes, creams, lotions, gels, and products that have large particulates or chunks. Some example products our piston filling machinery can fill are: heavy sauces, salsas, salad dressings, pasta sauses, peanut butter with or without particulates, nuts, jellies and jams, tooth paste, honey, wax, cosmetic creams, heavy shampoo, hair gels and conditioners, and paste cleaners. Cleaning is a simple process, no tools are required. All of our piston filling machines are based on heavy-duty stainless steel frames with all contact parts made of food grade materials.

Semi-Automatic

Accutek's SVF Series Piston filling Machines are ideal for filling pastes, creams, lotions, gels, and products that have large particulates or chunks. The SVF Series piston fillers can be used to fill thin products as well. This type of piston filler can achieve a maximum fill rate of up to 30 containers per minute. These fillers are all pneumatic and do not require a hopper although they are available. Cleaning is a simple process, no tools are required. Fill volumes are adjustable from 1/8 oz. to 1 gallon depending on the size of the product cylinder and piston.

SVF Series

The AVF Series piston fillers can be used to fill thin products as well. These fillers do not require a hopper but they are available and recommended for machines with more than 2 fill heads. These filling machines can achieve a maximum fill rate of up to 120 containers per minute. Cleaning is a simple process, no tools are required. Fill volumes are adjustable from 1/8 oz. to 1 gallon depending on the size of the product cylinder and piston.
