OVERFLOW FILLING MACHINES
Accutek's overflow filling machines are best suited
for filling liquids with low to medium viscosity. These
fillers are most ideal for filling foamy products at higher
speeds. Some example products our overflow filling machinery
can fill are: sauces, syrups, light gels and shampoos,
foamy cleansers and chemicals, water, fruit juice, wine,
tea, and other non carbonated aqueous beverages. They
are designed to handle all types of rigid plastic, metal,
and glass containers. All of our overflow filling machines
are based on heavy-duty stainless steel frames with all
contact parts made of food grade materials. |

Accutek's Semi-Automatic Pressure Overflow (SAPOF) units are manufactured using the same principle as the automatic models. Based on a heavy duty S.S. Frame, this unit can be upgraded with locking casters and used as a portable work station. Various nozzle styles and sizes along with a full inventory of pumps can be matched to your specific application. This unit is available in 2 or 4 heads. The SAPOF can pull product directly from a drum or similar bulk source and fill any rigid glass, plastic, or metal container using the same fill to level principle as other Accutek Pressure Overflow Fillers.

Automatic models are manufactured standard with
heavy-duty, stainless steel, height adjustable frames,
a 10' long, 4 1/2" wide, variable speed conveyor,
stainless steel, positive off, diving head nozzles,
and an automatic bottle-indexing unit. The heavy-duty
stainlesss steel frames come tandard with four height-adjustable,
articulating feet but can be upgraded with heavy
duty, locking casters for easy movement. The machine
can be moved from one filling line to another in
a matter of minutes to accommodate different existing
container, labeling, and capping setups.

Accutek's offers Biner Ellison Rotary Overflow Filling Machines. These machines are
capable of filling products ranging from water to
medium oils and creams. Tehy can
achieve a maximum fill rate of up to 600 containers
per minute.
The Rotary Overflow Filler's heavy duty stainless
steel construction and food grade materials allow
