PINCH 25

The Pinch-25 is a timed flow volumetric filler designed to fill water thin liquids to oils and creams. All the contact parts can be easily cleaned and are autoclavable which makes the machine ideal for the medical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and specialty industries.

The Pinch-25 comes complete with a fully adjustable stainless steel stand, six stainless steel nozzles, microprocessor timing clock, and a pump, and can easily be made fully automatic with and ABI. The Pinch-25 can fill up to 60 containers per minute depending on container size and product viscosity.

The Pinch-25 is designed to fill containers between .5oz. and 64oz. In addition to being used as the center of your filling operation, the Pinch-25 can also be and inexpensive back up machine, or an alternative to using contract packagers, eliminating the cost of down time and expensive set up for small runs. The ease of operation makes it easy to use and affordable.

Materials the machine is composed of.

The Mini-Pinch Cabinet is made of 304 Stainless Steel, other non contact parts are made of either aluminum, plastic, or stainless steel.

Materials the Contact Parts are composed of.

Tubing drawing from the source is made of Vinyl, Pump made of mostly floroelastomers, the tubing coming from the pump is made up of vinyl, the manifold is composed of 316 Stainless Steel, and the tubing extending from the manifold is made of Silicone.


* Fill speed is dependent on several things: Operator, container dimensions, and product characteristics.
**Longer nozzles will have to be added for manually bottom up filling.
*** Many cases contact parts will need to be changed to match the corrosive product

†† With a manifold change and addistional upgrades the machine can fill something with a 1/8” particulate
