The Accutek Semi-Automatic Chuck Capper (SACC-1) automatically tightens and torques manually placed screw and lug type caps. It is the perfect low maintenance machine for the cost conscious consumer that requires specific torque values. The operator of the machine manually places the caps on the bottles as they pass and the SACC-1 automatically tightens them. An electronic clutch determines how much torque is applied to each cap.The Semi-Auto Chuck Capper’s are designed to handle most bottle types including P.E.T, P.V.C, plastic, and glass. To eliminate damage to caps and reduce insert wear, the Semi-Automatic Chuck Capper comes with adjustable electronic torque values.An conveyer (not included) and an operator are required. Once the caps are placed by the operator the Accucapper can then secure them onto the bottles.
