SVF1-16

The SVF1-16 is a semi-automatic single head piston volumetric filler capable of filling products from water to thick creams, gels, and pastes that are used in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and specialty industries. It comes standard with a direct from drum draw kit and can be set up, test ed, and filling for production in a matter of minutes. The Piston Filler can be used as the center of your filling operation, an inexpensive back up machine, or an alternative to using contract packagers, eliminating the cost of down time and expensive set up for small runs. The ease of operation makes it easy to use and affordable. Accutek 's SVF1-16 filling machine dispenses light to viscous products through autoclavable, drip free nozzles. Fill volumes are adjustable for 1 oz. to 16 oz. Contact parts are made of stainless steel or food grade materials, and the base is made of stainless steel. The SVF1-16 is an all pneumatic filling machine and does not nor­mally require a hopper. Cleaning is a simple process and no tools are required.
