SEMI-AUTOMATIC TIME FLOW FILLING MACHINES

The Semi-Automatic Time Flow Filling machines are based on the TIMED FLOW VOLUMETRIC FILLING PRINCIPLE. Timed flow volumetric fillers deliver a volume of product to each container based on tubing size, pump output, and product viscosity versus time. The advantages of the timed flow volumetric fillers include accuracy, flexibility, and reliability in addition to being relatively easy to clean. Accurately delivering a timed, measured volume of product to each container also produces cost savings by reducing the amount of product that is used in overfill in some operations to assure that each container receives at least the minimum desired amount of product. The flexibility of timed flow volumetric filling systems allows them to be adapted to fill a wide variety of products ranging from thin alcohol to thin creams and oils. They can be used to fill rigid containers or light weight containers that may be distorted by the forces of vacuum or pressure used in some filling operations.

Mini Pinch The Mini-Pinch is a six-head, timed flow volumetric filler that has a fill rate up to six ounces per second. An experienced operator can fill more than five thousand two-ounce bottles per hour, it is also highly accurate even when filling 15 ml. bottles. This pinch valve filling machine can easily be autoclaved and it's available in a complete pnuematic configuration. Pinch 25 The Pinch-25 comes complete with a fully adjustable stainless steel stand, six stainless steel nozzles, microprocessor timing clock, and a pump, and can easily be made fully automatic with and ABI. The Pinch-25 can fill up to 60 containers per minute depending on container size and product viscosity.
