VACUUM FILLING MACHINES
Accutek's Vacuum filling machines are best suited for
filling liquids with low to medium viscosity. These fillers
are most ideal for filling foamy and caustic products.
Some example products our vacuum filling machinery can
fill are: perfume, essential oils, aroma therapy, cleansers
and specialty chemicals, solvents, alcohol, nail polish,
nail polish remover, acetone, thin paints and paint thinners,
and inks. They are designed to handle all types of rigid
plastic, metal, and glass containers. All of our vacuum
filling machines are based on heavy-duty stainless steel
frames with all contact parts made of food grade materials.

The Accuvac is an autoclaveable, stainless steel,
tabletop vacuum filler with diving fill heads. The
Accuvac filling machines are completely self contained,
portable, and requires no electricity. These features
make it ideal for filling everything from nail enamels
to perfumes. Fill levels are adjustable and consistant,
regardless of the product. The Accuvac filling machine
is easy to operate and bottle changes are as easy
as sliding new bottles under the fill heads and
pushing the foot pedal. In addition to being a dedicated
filler for your product line, the Accuvac filling
machine can also serve as an inexpensive backup
unit, eliminating down time and costly set-ups for
small runs. The Accuvac models are our most affordable
fillers.

Automatic models are manufactured standard with
heavy-duty, stainless steel, height adjustable frames,
a 10' long, 4 1/2" wide, variable speed conveyor,
stainless steel, positive off, diving head nozzles,
and an automatic bottle-indexing unit. The heavy-duty
stainlesss steel frames come tandard with four height-adjustable,
articulating feet but can be upgraded with heavy
duty, locking casters for easy movement. The machine
can be moved from one filling line to another in
a matter of minutes to accommodate different existing
container, labeling, and capping setups.

Accutek's Rotary Vacuum Filling Machines are capable
of filling products ranging from water to medium
oils and creams. These filling machines can achieve
a maximum fill rate of up to 600 containers per
minute.
The Rotary Vacuum Filler's heavy duty stainless
steel construction and food grade materials allow
for quick and easy clean up.
