Yes, the touchscreen interface is easy to navigate. It may not be immediately obvious which buttons are supposed to do what, but the manual will go over all of this with you. After reading it, you’ll have the know-how and confidence to carry out the labeling of your product(s).
You start by setting a roll of labels on the supply reel, then pulling about five feet of labels from the roll to form a leader. Then you peel the labels off the ladder and lace it through the guide rollers, label sensor, and around the peel plate.

The machine’s interface contains a built-in section on troubleshooting problems that you may encounter when operating this machine. Also, the manual contains a troubleshooting section that describes some potential problems and how to solve them.
If the suggested solutions don’t work or the problem is outside its covered scope, then contact Accutek’s service department. We’ll do our best to help you solve your problem.
That will depend on how often you use it. We do recommend cleaning the APS once you receive it, just to make sure any residue from transport is removed. Do NOT use caustic or acidic solutions on the stainless steel components.
