AccuCapper™ LD (Chuck Capping Machine) is a light-duty, portable, hand-held cap tightener. It’s great for low-production environments and cap closures with diameters up to 1.1” (28 mm). It’s suitable for all types of caps that do not require extreme torque values or have large-diameter closures. This machine features an adjustable clutch to ensure proper torque and decrease insert wear. Once the closure reaches the set torque value, the chuck will stop rotating, signaling the operator to move on to the next container. It ships standard with a stand and an overhead slide rail. Its self-balancer allows it to be suspended neatly and weightlessly overhead, out of the way during case changes, reducing operator fatigue.
