The Accutek Semi-Automatic Chuck Capper (SACC-1) is designed for the cost-conscious consumer and for specific torque accuracies. The operator manually places the caps on the bottles as they pass, and the machine automatically tightens them. The SACC-1 uses the same chucks and inserts as our other cappers to tighten caps accurately. An electronic clutch determines how much torque is applied to each cap. Our machines are designed to handle most bottle types, including P.E.T., P.V.C., plastic, and glass. The machine comes with adjustable electronic torque values to eliminate damage to caps and reduce insert wear. You’ll need an operator to place caps on the bottles as they pass by on the conveyor. Once the caps are placed, the capping machine can secure them onto the bottles. This machine includes an A.B.I. unit, a universal stand to mount onto your conveyor, one chuck, and one insert (up to a size 50).
