The Accutek Automatic AccuCounter is an automatic pill-counting machine suitable for counting and filling hard gelatin capsules, soft gels, tablets, round pills, hard candies, and more. Using three-step, 16-channel vibratory plates, this machine can output up to 6000 pieces per hour with less than a 1% error rate. The range of container fills can be adjusted from as little as 20 pieces per container up to 999. The machine can handle tablets between 5 and 20 mm in size. Each automatic pill-counting machine is designed for continuous operation. It automatically advances containers without shutting down the vibrator at a maximum speed of up to 60 CPM.
