Economic Entry Level Tabletop Labelers

Labelette’s SPS-105 Tabletop, Top-down Labeler is a countertop labeling machine for top side labeling of rectangular labels. The labeler is hand loaded needing only one person for operation. Its compact size, light weight, and affordable price make it perfect for smaller companies just starting operation.

The labeler is constructed using stainless steel and anodized aluminum creating a durable portable machine. The SPS-104 is micro-processor controlled making for easy setup and control. Automatic Pressure Sensitive Labelers

Accutek automatic pressure sensitive labelers are available in numerous models. Pressure sensitive labels can be applied to most rounded containers and to the top, bottom, and sides of most rectangular containers.

The APS-106 and APS-108 which apply 5.75â€ and 7.75â€ height labels respectively are our most often ordered labelers that are ideal for all plastic, metal, fiber, and glass containers. These automatic labeling systems come equipped with a variable speed conveyor that is synchronized with the label dispensing and tamping mechanisms. Label placement and labeling speed are all digitally controlled using a state-of-the-art color touch screen. The easy-to-use design makes it simple to change bottle and label sizes. There are other single head labelers for top or bottom labeling as well as chap stick like small cylinders. All Accutek labelers are price and performance competitive.

There are also several dual head labeler products offered by Accutek. The APS-206 is a dual head labeler with the second head making continuous single sided labeling possible. When the first head runs out of labels the machine automatically switches to the second head without missing a container. This gives the operator time to load a full reel of labels on the first head for the next switch over.

The APS-216 and APS-218 which apply 5.75â€ and 7.75â€ height labels respectively are dual head labelers suitable for all plastic, metal, fiber, and glass containers. These automatic labeling systems apply labels to either side of a container at the same time. Like the single head labelers, the dual head versions come equipped with a variable speed conveyor that is synchronized with the label dispensing and tamping mechanisms. Label placement and labeling speed are all digitally controlled using a state-of-the-art color touch screen. The easy-to-use design makes it simple to change bottle and label sizes. There is a dual head labeler for simultaneous top and bottom labeling. All Accutek labelers are price and performance competitive.

Rotary Pressure Sensitive Labelers

Rotary Labeling Systems from Biner Ellison are designed specifically for high volume production output of pressure sensitive labels. These systems can apply wrap-around, wipe-on, or front and back labels to a wide range of containers at high speeds. RL Series machines feature simple operator setup, precision product handling and precise label placement. Each rotary machines also includes a redundant labeling system for non-stop operation by automatically switching to a second label dispenser. This allows an operator to load a new label roll on the original label head while the machine continues to label. With the redundant labeling system zero production time is lost saving you valuable time and money.

A single RL Series Rotary Labeler can have multiple label heads equipped allowing them to place several different labels on one container all within a single system. Label placement can be on the front, back, neck, or any combination of locations. Wrap around labels can be applied in combination with spot labels such as tax stickers.
