Automatic pressure overflow fillers (APOF) best suit low to medium-viscosity (200 cP) liquids. The precision-engineered overflow nozzles guarantee that every container is filled to the same visual level. Boutique products, personal care, and food products must present the same visual fill level when arranged on a shelf together. Automatic pressure overflow filling machines are an economical and reliable solution to address that problem.

In addition, the pneumatic automatic pressure overflow fillers safely handle flammable liquids, such as acetone and light paints. These machines have diving head nozzles that reduce foam, drips, and fumes. APOF series fillers are available in 6, 8, 10, and 12-head configurations. Accutek also offers high-speed rotary APOF machines.
