Automatic AccuSnap Capper
Accutek Automatic AccuCappers are continuous-motion machines that replace the tedious work of manually pressing and/or placing snap caps. By eliminating human error, these machines prevent costly spills.
These snap cappers can also help prevent repetitive motion injuries and strains to your workforce that can result from manually placing snap caps. They can snap-cap multiple types of closures in three different styles (Belt, Roller, and Plunger).
Each machine is designed to accommodate a wide variety of container types. Multiple gripper belt options are also available to stabilize different types of containers.
The Auto AccuCapper features an Accutek centrifugal bowl or cap elevator orientator and can reach speeds up to 120 CPM.

How does the cap bowl orienter work?
Essentially, it uses air blown from jets to flip upside-down closures out of the star wheel pockets to be resorted. That way, they can be deployed in the right-side-up position.
Will I receive instruction on how to clean this machine?
The AccuSnap’s manual comes with a dedicated section of cleaning and maintenance. So yes, you will receive instruction on best practices for cleaning.
What happens if the machine isn’t working as intended?
The AccuSnap’s manual also contains a short troubleshooting section that describes some problems and their solutions. If those solutions don’t work or the problem itself is not described, call Accutek’s service department for assistance.
