Accutek’s SnapCap 006 semi-automatic belt cappers are continuous motion systems that replace the tedious work of manually pressing snap caps. This machine can also help prevent repetitious motion injuries and strains to your work force that can result when manually pressing snap caps as well as prevent costly spills by removing human error from this process. Accutek SnapCap 006 systems offer solutions to a variety of cap types. Milk jugs, dropper inserts, lip balm caps, over caps, “top hat” seals, twist cap with ratcheted rip seal, and a variety of other cap applications.
