How exactly does this machine work?

To operate this machine, you place an empty container on the scale and press the foot switch to start the fill cycle. The dive head lowers the fill nozzle into the container. If the sensor does not detect a container on the scale, then the foot switch will not work. The head rises when the target weight is met.

Is the touchscreen interface easy to use?

Yes, the color touchscreen is intuitive and easy to operate; it will help you set parameters for and calibrate your machine. It also lets you store your recipes for easy retrieval. If there’s any part of the touchscreen that isn’t clear, then you can always consult the manual for an in-depth explanation of how it works. From the screen, you can edit your parameters, access your recipes and their settings, tare your container, and access your system’s diagnostics settings (though we recommend contacting us before modifying the diagnostics).

What happens if I have a problem with the machine?

The machine’s manual has a short troubleshooting section that you can consult in case of an issue. It provides three potential problems you may encounter while operating the machine and how to resolve them. Contact our service department if the proposed solutions don’t work or the problem isn’t listed. We’ll be happy to help you solve it.
