AccuWeight Belt-Fed Weight Filler

Accutek’s Belt-Fed Channel Weight Fillers are filling machines used for filling dry products based on the product’s weight. The product is loaded into a hopper, which then deposits the product into containers moving along a conveyor belt. This way, it maintains a steady flow of product. The filler detects the product’s weight in real time via load cells as the product flows through.
An upper and lower-level vibrator feeds each weighing station. The upper vibrator draws product from the storage hopper. The lower-level vibrator smooths the product flow maximizing machine accuracy.
Once the product reaches the desired weight, the filling mechanism deposits it into containers. A controller allows operators to adjust fill speed, timing, and cutoff, ensuring precise product management.
After filling, containers are transported along a conveyor for further processing. Feedback features include sensors for underfilled or overweight containers, allowing operators to maintain accuracy and quality control, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
