The Vibratory Weight Filler is an automatic granular product weight-filling machine. It can be ordered with two filling channels that funnel into a single fill head, or four filling channels that funnel into two filling heads.

An upper- and lower-level vibrator feeds each weighing station. The upper vibrator draws product from the storage hopper. The lower-level vibrator smooths the product flow, maximizing machine accuracy. The vibrating delivery channels that feed product to the load cells avoid damage normally encountered with feed screw or auger systems.

How often will I need to clean and maintain a weigh filler?

That will depend on how often you use the machine and what product you use it for. We recommend cleaning any parts that contact your product—like your conveyor belt and weigh hoppers—on a daily basis. The joints of each hopper need to be lubricated with food-grade oil once a week, and the inside of the actuator needs to have the dust cleaned out once every two months.
