ROF-64

Product Variants

This Rotary Overflow Filling machine is a fast and accurate production system for all free-flowing and non-carbonated liquids, including foods, beverages, cosmetics, chemicals, and more.

The ROF-64 uses “Fill-to-Level” technology, guaranteeing perfect bottle fill levels. This machine includes advanced features, safety systems, and new production technology that boosts its productivity past any machine in its class. You can produce visually appealing and consistent fill levels regardless of volume irregularities and container shapes.

These machines compensate for minor changes and variations in the container volume, allowing for a uniform and appealing fill level. They can accommodate all types of rigid plastic, metal, and glass containers, in sizes ranging from ounces to gallons.

How exactly does the machine work?

Containers enter the machine from the left, and as the turret rotates, each platform raises its container so a nozzle can enter it. The machine fills the container with product and releases it through the other side of the machine via the conveyor on the right. Then, the container can move on to a capper or labeler.

Is the touchscreen difficult to use?

Nope, it’s straightforward to use. While the functions of some particular buttons may not be immediately clear, the manual will give you a simplified rundown of how to navigate the interface so you can easily operate your RVF.

Will I need Accutek’s assistance with performing a parts changeover?

The manual has a thorough guide on how you can perform this process yourself. But you’re welcome to contact us if you have any questions or need any assistance with changing out parts like the infeed or discharge stars.

How often do I need to lubricate the ball bearings?

That depends on how fast you configure the machine to work. For instance, if you operate the RVF at only 100 rotations per minute, you’ll only need to lubricate it once every 6 to 12 months. But if you operate it at the maximum speed—1500 rotations per minute—then it’s best to lubricate it once per day at most, or once per every two weeks at the least.

Are there any other parts that I’ll need to maintain?

Yes; we recommend servicing the gland hub so you can prevent it from leaking. Also, if this hub is incorrectly installed, it can get damaged. In this case, we insist that you call us instead of performing any maintenance yourself.
