SAPOF
Accutek’s Semi-Automatic Pressure Overflow Fillers are well-suited for filling liquids with low to medium viscosities and are perfect for foamy products. They can accommodate multiple shapes and types of containers, such as rigid plastic, metal, or glass.
The base-model SAPOF™ system includes a standard pump and two filling nozzles, but a four-nozzle model is available. These machines can handle fill sizes from ounces to gallons for various products, like vegetable oil, juice, cleaners, or any other free-flowing liquid.

How exactly does the SAPOF work?
In Pressure Mode, containers are moved by hand underneath the filler heads. The filler head nozzles then lower into each container neck, sealing the containers. Pump pressure is activated long enough to overfill all containers. Excess product is returned to a holding tank, after which the pump pressure stops. The filler heads withdraw from the container necks, and the next set of empty containers is placed into position. Gravity Mode operates in the same way, except pressure is supplied by a gravity tank rather than a pump.Can I make any adjustments to the machine?
