Accutek’s Automatic Volumetric Piston Filling machines are heavy-duty filling powerhouses that deliver precision-dose filling and offer multi-work-shift reliability.
Each AVF filler dispenses an accurately measured volume of product to containers, reducing overfill and saving you money. They’re versatile enough to fill thin products such as water or thick products like caulking compounds with little to no additional change parts.
Along with their flexible filling options, the AVF piston fillers can be used with a variety of rigid or lightweight containers. This includes containers that might otherwise be distorted by vacuum-filling pressure.
Automatic models are available in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 nozzle configurations and feature heavy-duty stainless steel adjustable height bases, sanitary stainless steel product cylinders in 1 oz – 128 oz (29.57 mL – 3.79 L) dose models, durable 10’ variable-speed conveyors, and touchscreen controls. Fillers with 10 or 12 heads come with a 15’ conveyor.

What does the optional heat package do?
The heater package reduces a product’s viscosity to help it flow through the machine. The mixer keeps the product’s temperature uniform throughout the tank’s contents. The heater is controlled through an add-on control panel.How often should I maintain the AVF?
The frequency of cleaning and the type of cleaning solution you use will depend on your specific application. Consider local and federal guidelines for your product and manufacturing format. We do, however, recommend cleaning it with a mild soap solution and rinsing with water. You shouldn’t use caustic, bleach, or concentrated acid solutions. Also, all O-rings will need to be frequently lubricated with food-grade lithium grease. Silicone aerosol can be used in a pinch, but we don’t recommend it.- Foamy Product: Yes
