AVF Series – Automatic Piston Filling Machine – AVF6
The AVF6 dispenses an accurately measured volume of product to containers, reducing overfill and saving you no small amount of money. It’s versatile enough to fill thin products such as water or thick products like caulking compounds with little to no additional change parts.
This AVF piston filler can be used with a variety of rigid or lightweight containers. This includes containers that might otherwise be distorted by vacuum-filling pressure.
This automatic model is a six-nozzle configuration and features a heavy-duty stainless steel adjustable height base, sanitary stainless steel product cylinders in 1 oz – 128 oz (29.57 mL – 3.79 L) dose models, a durable 10′ variable-speed conveyor, and touchscreen controls.
