The Rotary Volumetric Filler-40 is a high-speed rotary filling system. It’s engineered to position the power transmission for the main turret infeed and outfeed star wheel and timing screw on top of the machine. This keeps the important components away from the wetted area, which helps to deliver precise variable speed control and longevity.
The RVF-40 can handle all container shapes and sizes and easily deliver filling accuracies up to +/- 0.5%. This versatile system can come with 6 to 20 fill stations, depending on your filling requirements and goals.

How exactly does the machine work?
Containers enter the machine from the right, and as the turret rotates, each platform raises its container so a nozzle can enter it. The machine will fill the container with product and release it through the other side of the machine via the conveyor. Then the container can move on to a capper or labeler.Is the touchscreen difficult to use?

That depends on how fast you configure the machine to work. For instance, if you operate the RVF at only 100 rotations per minute, you’ll only need to lubricate it once every 6 to 12 months.
