Will the machine come already set up?

The machine will come mostly assembled, but the finer points of setup will be up to you, the user. Your manual will take you through all the necessary steps to set up your AccuVac.

Is the touchscreen difficult to use?

The touchscreen is quite straightforward to use. The manual will give you a simplified rundown of how to navigate the interface so you can easily operate your AccuVac.

How often should I clean and maintain the machine?

That will depend on your specific application in compliance with local and federal regulations for your industry. We recommend wiping down any stainless-steel machinery with a mild soap solution. Since this type of filler uses non-collapsible hoses to move product, the hoses’ ends must be heated with a heat gun. This will make them pliable enough to slide over the hose barbs. To clean your conveyor, you’ll need to loosen and remove it. You can use a punch or a small screwdriver to remove the various pins to remove the individual links from the conveyor.

What should I do if I have problems with my machine?

If you have any issues with your machine, there’s a troubleshooting section in your manual that will go over how to solve various problems you may come across.
