The APS-218 is an economical, self-contained, and easy-to-operate machine that can handle square and oblong containers. This automatic labeling system comes equipped with a 10 ft. variable speed conveyor.
Additional features include a stepper motor drive for labels, power-assisted web take-up, full wrap-around or tamp station, auto speed adjust (all motors syncronized), photo-eye (non-contact) sensors for label gaps and containers, and auto teach for new labels. The easy-to-use design makes it simple to change bottle and label sizes. This labeler is ideal for all plastic, metal, fiber, and glass containers.
The APS-218 can dispense up to 8” tall labels. You can use one or two labeling heads for single or front-and-back containers. Its speed, versatility, and reliability exceed the other industry leaders in labeling equipment technology at a fraction of the price.
