APS-236 Labeler
The APS-236 is a specialized dual-head labeler for top and bottom label applications. It’s ideal for all plastic, metal, fiber, and glass containers, as well as trays and tubs. Its dual label heads can simultaneously dispense different size labels up to 6” (15.24 cm) tall and 11” (28 cm) long.
The dual-head labeler is easily adjustable, and an electronically controlled placement sensor ensures accurate and symmetric placement.
Dual-head labelers also include a stepper motor drive with synchronized auto speed adjustment for continuous label placement while changing speeds. There’s also power-assisted web take-up to manage label roll waste and a full tamp station to ensure wrinkle-free application.
Like Labelette’s automatic labelers, the APS-236 also includes label learn and job-saving to make setup and changeovers a snap.
