This machine drops them precisely into containers, cradling each bottle until filled. It can handle up to 60 containers per minute.
The Automatic Desiccant Inserter features a pneumatic stomp assembly; the conveyor moves the barrels under the chute. Then, the bottle-opening strips a barrel from the chute as it passes under it. The bottle sensor sees the bottle and fires the stomper. The stomper presses the desiccant barrel into the bottle. From there, the bottle moves onto the next stage of the production process.
The machine also features a touchscreen that operators can use to set parameters, monitor the process, and make adjustments as needed. Its powered height adjustment enables the machine to accommodate bottles of various sizes.
