Mixing Tanks

Accutek’s mixing tanks use heat-conducting oil via jacket inlets to heat your product up to high temperatures. This helps solidify certain liquid or near-liquid products, and can be drained and refilled (as recommended by the oil’s manufacturer).

You can use control panels to change the tank’s mixer speed and temperature. There’s also a drain valve and product drain you can use to drain your product, allowing you to move it to the next stage of your production cycle.

The reliability of Accutek’s tanks exceeds industry leaders in mixing equipment technology at a fraction of the price.

How often should I clean the tank?

The frequency of cleaning and the type of cleaning solution you use will depend on your specific application. Local and federal guidelines for your product and manufacturing format should also be considered.

What are some tips for performing maintenance on this machine?

Generally, we recommend having two people remove the wall scrapers for cleaning. The manual will discuss this process in greater depth.

What should I do if I have a problem with my heated mixing tank?

If you have a problem with your machine, give Accutek’s service department a call. We’ll do whatever we can to help you solve the problem and get your production cycle back to peak efficiency.
