SVF Bakery Depositor

Accutek’s SVF Semi-Automatic Volumetric (SVF) Bakery Depositors are heavy-duty, dependable bakery equipment designed for long shift production environments. They accurately deliver a measured volume of product to a location, ensuring bottom-line savings through accurate dosing.

The depositors’ sanitary stainless steel construction and quick-connect food-grade contact parts provide quick and easy cleanup.

The SVF Bakery Depositors are flexible systems that can adapt to various products, ranging from creams and custards to chunky fillings and salsa. They can also be used for lightweight containers that may be distorted by a vacuum or pressure filler. They can also be easily integrated into an automatic production line.

Available in various dose sizes, the Accutek SVF Bakery Depositor is well-equipped for your specific needs.

What are the differences between the different SVF fillers?

Accutek sells three different versions of the SVF: The main SVF, the servo SVF, and the mini-SVF. The main difference between them comes down to how they’re controlled and their sizes. The main and servo SVF are both approximately the same size, but while the former is controlled via a foot pedal, the latter has a PLC touchscreen interface. The mini-SVF, as the name suggests, is much smaller than the other two. It can be placed on a table and, like the main SVF, is controlled with a foot pedal.

Can I get a touchscreen controller for this SVF?

Only the Servo SVF comes with a touchscreen controller. But with the other SVFs, control literally comes down to the push of a pedal. It doesn’t get much easier than that.

What should I do in the event of a malfunction?

If your servo volumetric filler malfunctions, first, check your manual’s troubleshooting guide. It contains a list of potential problems and how to rectify them. If the suggested solutions don’t work, or the problem is outside of the manual’s scope, call Accutek’s service department. We’ll look into the issue and come up with a solution.
