Elevator Loader
Accutek’s Elevator Loader is the optimal solution for lifting and depositing container closures from a bulk hopper basin to an exit point. The elevator uses a polypropylene belt with built-in cleats to lift your product’s caps from the basin to an elevated chute, where it can deposit them at another point on your production line.
The elevator allows you to deposit caps at significantly greater speeds than if you were to do it manually, and is perfect for production areas with higher ceilings. It also features articulating feet that allow you to adjust its frame height and level, along with a threaded adjustment rod for adjusting the conveyor’s angle.
