AccuCapper™ E Chuck Capping Machine is an electric, handheld capper for low-production or lab environments where compressed air isn’t available. It can tighten or remove caps with diameters up to 2.5 cm and is a great capper for multiple industries and for low-production environments.
This machine features an adjustable clutch to ensure proper torque and decrease insert wear. Once the closure reaches the set torque value, the chuck will stop rotating, signaling the operator to move on to the next container.
It ships standard with a stand and an overhead slide rail. It also has a self-balancer which allows it to be suspended neatly and weightlessly overhead, out of the way during case changes and reducing operator fatigue. It also ships with one standard chuck and insert (up to a Size #25).
