Accu-Doser
The Accu-Doser is an eight-head automatic high-precision mini dose filling/dispensing machine capable of accurately filling from .003 – 6.76 oz (0.1 – 200 mL). The Accu-Doser was designed to fill trays of small bottles, vials, syringes, and cartridges.
The Accu-Doser uses disposable medical-grade syringes to draw product from a sanitary reservoir to dispense the product as mini doses into small containers. It was originally designed for filling E-Liquids and vaping cartridges, but it can be used for many other products.
It is an ideal filling machine for the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries because of its simple and sanitary design. The syringe pumps are servo-driven for high accuracy and the fill heads automatically move to the next set of containers before starting the next fill cycle.
The syringes can also inject micro fluid into things like gummy candy and other edibles. The Accu-Doser machine does not require compressed air, making it ideal for labs and pharmaceutical environments. The only contact/wetted parts are the disposable syringes and the tray from which they draw the product.
How exactly does the Accu-Doser work?
For the Accu-Doser to work, you’ll need to orient a supply tray beneath the syringes. The syringe nozzles lower into the supply tray and suck in product. Then the syringes maneuver over the containers and fill them with a precise amount of product. This can repeat until a set amount of containers are filled.Is the touchscreen interface easy to use?
Yes, it is. While it may not be immediately apparent which buttons perform what functions, the manual lays out how to navigate the interface in a straightforward way. You’ll be able to confidently use the touchscreen to easily perform all your filling operations.Can I replace the syringes?
Yes, and we encourage you to do so if the accuracy of your fills starts decreasing. The manual describes how you can use the touchscreen to carry out syringe replacement. You also have the option to replace the plungers.
