Automatic

Accutek Packaging offers the robust AVF Series automatic volumetric piston filling machines, available in models from AVF2 to AVF12, designed as a high-performance packaging machine for precise and reliable filling of a wide range of products including thin liquids, pastes, creams, lotions, gels, and chunky items with large particulates. These heavy-duty piston fillers dispense accurately measured volumes using interchangeable product cylinders and pistons, providing adjustable fill ranges from 1/8 oz. to 1 gallon while achieving speeds of up to 120 containers per minute depending on the number of fill heads. Featuring simple tool-free cleaning, flexible configuration options, and no hopper required for smaller models (with hoppers recommended for higher-head systems), the machines deliver consistent precision dosing and excellent multi-shift reliability. Built for demanding production environments, the AVF Series supports efficient automatic operation with quick changeovers, making it ideal for food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and specialty product manufacturers. With their powerful performance and versatility across viscosities and product types, these automatic piston fillers ensure minimal waste and high accuracy. Accutek’s AVF Series serves as an essential packaging machine that streamlines filling processes, enhances productivity, and maintains superior fill quality in high-volume packaging operations.
