The Semi-Automatic 2-Head Positive Displacement filling machines use a positive displacement pump head for each fill head, offering superior control and accuracy. Its advanced PLC control package lets operators precisely control each fill head using encoding technology for fractional control of the pump head.

Each fill head can be programmed to initiate the filling process gradually and increase to full speed before slowing down to complete the fill. Post-filling, the pump filler can reverse to prevent dripping as it withdraws excess product from the nozzle, readying it for the next fill. The pump heads are available in sanitary 4-GPM and 10-GPM options.

This filler is ideal for higher-viscosity products and applications requiring high accuracy. It boasts versatility to accommodate various container sizes, fill volumes, and product types, making it suitable for multiple applications.
