Siphon Filler
Accutek’s Siphon Filling machine presents a cost-effective solution for filling glass, plastic, or metal containers ranging from 2 ounces to 1 gallon (and potentially up to 2 gallons, depending on the container’s dimensions) with most low-viscosity liquids. This system is well-suited for small- to medium-volume production.
The siphon filling equipment operates based on the straightforward and natural principle used in siphoning liquids from one container to another. The flow automatically stops when the liquid levels in the two containers reach equilibrium. This principle governs the flow from the tank to the bottle.
Once set, the bottle holder rack’s height regulates the level in the bottle. This eliminates the risk of overflow, even if the operator temporarily leaves the filler unattended.

Does this machine come with a control touchscreen?
