Mini-Pinch
Product Variants
The Mini-Pinch is best suited for filling aqueous solutions and thin, light oils. It’s a six-head, timed-flow volumetric filler with a fill rate of up to six ounces per second. It can accurately fill .34 oz (10 mL) bottles, and an experienced operator can fill up to 2,500 bottles per hour.
The Mini-Pinch can be autoclaved and is available in a pneumatic configuration. Accutek also manufactures a custom version for high-VG (vegetable glycerin) concentration e-juice or fill sizes above 1 oz (30 mL).
This product features a larger four-port manifold and nozzle and a pump upgrade to fill thicker solutions faster and more efficiently. A retrofit kit is available for existing fillers.

How does the Mini-Pinch work?
You use the Mini-Pinch by placing a row of empty containers beneath the fill nozzles, then you either press a foot or thumb activation switch. The fill nozzles will dispense however much product you’ve programmed it to into each of your containers. The manual will tell you how to program your filler to dispense however much product you want.Can I adjust how much product I want to dispense?
Yes; however, keep in mind that the different models of pinch fillers have different ranges of minimum and maximum fills. For instance, the Pinch 25 can fill between 1 oz to 64 oz, while the Pinch 50 does 4 oz to 128 oz. This version of the filler can only go up to 16 oz, so if you want to do larger fills, you may want to consider getting an additional filler.What do I do if I have any issues with my Mini-Pinch?
