How frequently you clean and the cleaning solutions you use will depend on your specific application. Local and federal guidelines for your product type and manufacturing format determine cleaning procedures. We recommend that the TFS Series Filler be rinsed out and that a mild soap solution be used to clean the filler. It has a Manual Jog screen that can be used to assist and speed up the cleaning process.

What should I do if my TFS Filler has a problem?

If your machine experiences any issues, we highly recommend consulting the manual. There’s a troubleshooting section that describes a few problems you may experience with your filler and their solutions. If you continue to have problems with the machine or they’re outside of the scope of the manual’s troubleshooting section, call Accutek’s service department. We’ll be happy to help you solve the problem and get your production cycle back on track.

What should I do if a part breaks down?

The manual contains a list of spare parts, which includes their part numbers and how many of them will initially ship with your machine. If you lose a part or otherwise need a replacement for any reason, call Accutek’s service department. We’ll check whether the part is in stock and discuss getting you a replacement.
