G3 Tunnel
The G3 Recirculating Shrink Tunnels use the same energy-efficient infrared quartz convection heat emitters and insulated recirculating system as the G1 systems. However, G3 tunnels are width-adjustable, allowing the unit to accommodate multiple sizes of container widths. This allows the G3 systems a greater range of containers than they can efficiently handle.

What temperature is best to set the G3 at?
A target temperature range between 300 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit will work for most shrink sleeve material. Depending on the composition of your sleeve, you may need to experiment a little bit. If you’re referring to the phenomenon that is sometimes known as fish eyes, tiger marks, skewing, stretching, and lightning, it all depends. On the color of your labels and what materials they were manufactured with, along with their shrink ratios. You may want to contact your label manufacturer to retrieve this information, then pass it on to us so we can best determine how to get your sleeve through the tunnel without any of these effects occurring.Is the touchscreen difficult to use?
