PSA-127

Accutek’s PSA-127 labeler is economical, self-contained, and easy to operate. This system can be used as a standalone semi-automatic system, or integrated inline between two conveyors to run as an automatic labeling solution.

Either configuration is equipped with a 38″ total length, variable-speed belted conveyor system which carries containers above the label head, ensuring consistent label placement and repeatable results.

Additional features include a stepper motor drive for labels, power-assisted web take-up, optional full tamp stations, automatic speed adjustment (all motors synchronized), photo-eye (non-contact) sensors for label gaps and containers, and a label learn function for new labels. The easy-to-use design makes it simple to change container and label sizes.

The PSA-127 can dispense labels up to 6” (15.24 cm) tall and up to 11” (27.94 cm) long. The label head can be electronically controlled for accurate placement.

The PSA-127 is ideal for all plastic, metal, fiber, and glass containers.

Is the touchscreen interface easy to use?

The touchscreen is straightforward to use. The manual will cover all of its functions.

How do I mount my label reel onto the machine?

Set a roll of labels on the supply reel. Pull about five feet of labels from the roll to form a leader. Peel the labels off the leader and lace it through the guide rollers, label sensor, and around the peel plate. The manual covers the rest of this process.

What should I do if I encounter an issue with the machine?

The manual contains a troubleshooting section. If the solutions it suggests don’t work or the problem is outside its scope, contact Accutek’s service department. Our employees will do their best to help you solve the issue and get your production cycle back on track.

How often should I clean and maintain my machine?

How often you clean your labeler depends on how often you use it. We recommend cleaning the PSA-127 once you receive it to remove any residual material from transport.
