AccuWeight Belt-Fed Weight Filler

Accutek’s AccuWeight Belt-Fed Weight Fillers are filling machines used for filling dry products based on the weight of the product. The product is loaded into a hopper for storage, then fed onto a conveyor belt to maintain a steady flow into the filling machine. Equipped with a precise weighing system based on load cells, the filler detects the product’s weight in real-time as it flows through. Once reaching the desired weight, the filling mechanism deposits the product into containers. Operators can adjust fill speed, timing, and cutoff via a controller, ensuring precise management of the product. After filling, containers are transported along a conveyor for further processing. Feedback features include sensors for underfilled or overweight containers, allowing operators to maintain accuracy and quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction.
