From water to thicker liquids, KISS Automatic Positive Displacement Fillers have been built to handle some of the most viscous liquid products on the market. 

Advanced PLC controls allow operators to control product flow and speed to each filling head accurately. The fillers are programmed with an upsurge fill cycle, which reduces splashing and delivers precise fills for viscous products. 

Automatic Positive Displacement fillers specialize in filling viscous liquids and can fill those products in larger volumes faster than other filler types.

These machines include 4-GPM pump heads (10-GPM optional) and can accommodate various container sizes, fill volumes, and product types.

Automatic models are manufactured with heavy-duty sanitary stainless steel and include height-adjustable frames, a 10-foot-long variable-speed conveyor, and touchscreen controls with an automatic bottle-indexing unit. Each machine has four height-adjustable articulating feet but can be upgraded with heavy-duty locking casters for easy movement.

APD Fillers are ideal for filling a wide range of viscosities and with various options can replace multiple machines because of their flexibility and speed.

What does the optional heater and mixer package do?

Since some products are too viscous at room temperature to flow through a filling machine. Adding a heater to the product supply tank and the product cylinders reduces the viscosity of the product to facilitate the filling operation.
