PSA-004
Accutek’s PSA-004 labeler removes the risk of error from this process. Like the APS 004, the PSA is an easy-to-use and efficient machine, both adjustable and convenient. It can be used as both a top and side labeler, and can rapidly apply labels up to 6” tall and 11¾” in length. You can stick hundreds of labels onto your products in one day.
What sets the PSA apart from the APS is its integrated bottle spacer controls, along with its powered height adjustment. It also features a more robust frame.

How exactly are the labels oriented on this labeler?
The PSA 004 applies labels in a left-side-off orientation. Picture a roll of labels standing on its flat end, and you pull the labels out from the roll leftwards. The label will be located on the outside of the roll, with the text oriented in reading order from the top down.How should I best clean this labeler?
Generally, we recommend against applying caustic or bleach-based solutions to the stainless steel parts, as doing so could damage them. It’s best practice to clean surfaces with mild soap solutions. Make sure your PSA 004 is turned off and has no labels on its reels before you perform any cleaning.What should I do if the machine malfunctions?
